Course Summary

This self-directed, online introduction to the circular economy course will give you a high-level overview of what the circular economy is, why it is important, what is driving the change, and importantly, why you should be interested in a circular economy and how it may affect you. This course is aimed at those who are new to the concept of circular economy, or who have some knowledge but would like to get a greater overall understanding of what the method is and how it could be helpful.  

At the end of this course, you should have a good understanding of what the circular economy encompasses, ways in which it may affect you, and reasons for pursuing change towards it. This course provides the foundation for a series of related courses which will equip you with the tools, knowledge, and awareness of how the Circular Economy can be applied to individuals and organisations.
