The Fundamentals of Innovation Engineering programme consists of three stages:
- Stage 1: Four hours of online self-learning on the foundations of innovation.
- Stage 2: Two and a half day, in-person training & workshops. Topics include recognising unique innovations, enhancing creativity, leveraging diversity, and accelerating success through experimentation.
- Stage 3: Apply learned skills to address a personal workplace challenge over a two-month timeframe.
By the end of this course, participants will:
