Course Summary

Successfully executing a digital strategy requires a strong governance model which is clearly aligned to business goals.  

This course will provide a step-by-step process to allow you and your management team to first understand where you are on your digital journey, identify the opportunities, structure for success, and unlock digital value. 

Our training courses may reach their maximum capacity before all interested delegates have had the opportunity to register. To ensure that no one misses out, we have implemented a waiting list system. We aim to run courses at least once per quarter, but course dates will be confirmed based on registrations.

The course is aimed at senior leaders.

You will become a capable and informed digital change agent/leader; you will be able to respond more effectively to technology-driven change; drive productivity, environmental and compliance outcomes within your business; motivate your staff to drive a continuous improvement culture though use of technology.
