Digital Factory

The Digital Factory within the new National Manufacturing Institute Scotland facility will be a place to explore and develop the next generation of manufacturing technologies to help solve the engineering challenges of the future.

The availability and power to manage, analyse and visualise data is essential to solving these challenges. Data is transforming all areas of manufacturing, for all sizes of businesses.

The Digital Factory will offer a combination of expertise, demonstration environments and facilities which will help you to understand and exploit the potential from data-driven manufacture.

  • Digital transformation
  • Lightweighting
  • Machining and additive
