The Manufacturing Skills Academy is a place for everyone in the manufacturing and engineering community to learn, and we believe that no one should be overlooked regardless of status or background. That's why, we have created a series of training programmes which will provide both employers and employees within the manufacturing sector, an opportunity to upskill or reskill into sectors where demand has increased.
Our exciting new programmes are suitable for smaller manufacturing businesses that employ women and black, Asian, and minority ethnic people working in STEM who are motivated to make tangible changes to their workplace to improve inclusion and recruit more diverse talent.
This series supports organisations to review their practices and increase diversity in order to promote equality and inclusiveness in the workplace.
